Mr. Bennett was raised in Northeast Arkansas. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in English. Mr. Bennett also earned a specialist degree in Community College Teaching. From there, he earned a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bennett served as a law clerk for the Former Chief Justices W.H. “Dub” Arnold and Betty C. Dickey of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Subsequently, Mr. Bennett entered private practice.

Marvin Chip Leibovich graduated from Catholic High School in 1996 and attended Hendrix college. He graduated from Hendrix in 2000 with a BA in psychology and a minor in politics. He attended law school William H. Bowen School of Law and graduated with honors in 2003. Chip practiced for five years in Saline County, primarily in the area of family law. He is a certified attorney ad litem for domestic relations. He also became certified for family law mediations in 2009. Brad J. Williams grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Catholic High School, Hendrix College, and the William H. Bowen School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Trial Practice Institute of the National Criminal Defense College (NCDC) at Mercer University School of Law. Almost the entirety of Brad’s practice is devoted to drunk driving and criminal defense. Brad is a trained field sobriety test practitioner and instructor. He was the first lawyer in Arkansas to complete the Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) course and the DRE Overview Course for lawyers. Additionally, he has received years of extensive training in pharmacology, toxicology, and forensic science.
