Boone Beale, PLLC

David was published in the University of Richmond Law Review, having co-authored Privately Filed Discrimination Actions in Federal Courts: Non-Substantive Matters Affecting Liability and Relief. Completing the clerkship in 1978, he joined the Richmond law firm of Francis, Hubard, Tice and Warren. During his time there, David handled many of the criminal cases the firm accepted. Consequently, David left the firm in 1980, taking one of the partners with him to form Boone and Warren, which today has evolved into Boone Beale. Since 1980, Boone Beale has gained statewide fame in the fields of both DUI and Criminal defense.
